Kasurian is a society for the advancement of civilisation.
In an age of fragmentation and uncertainty, the Kasurian Society exists to bring together our readership: like-minded individuals asking, ‘Why?’ and seeking rigorous responses—and workshopping solutions—to the most pressing problems our communities and societies face today.
Ultimately, we’re interested in what it means to build and steward civilisation as the highest objective for any culture or society. What does this mean in the 21st century? What is civilisation made of? How does everything work? And what do we do? These are some of the questions we seek to create space for debate on, and to build the process knowledge we need to become more productive members and stewards of this civilisation of ours.
To that end, we host events for our Members and Patrons to meet like-minded peers in environments designed for discourse, where conversations happen unrestricted by convention. These events range from collaborations with like-minded organisations, quarterly Society meetups, and private, invite-only Salons where some of the most intimate conversations can be shared.
If you’re interested, membership in the Society is by application, which can be submitted by Members and Patrons once you’ve subscribed. Visit our Subscribe page for more details on how you can join today.
Below, you can view the four chapters of the Society in London, Toronto, San Francisco, and New York. We’re going to be expanding our footprint in the near future, so stay tuned!
